Terms of service

Last updated: 07/10/2026

1. Who provides the service

[PENDING: full name or company name], tax ID [PENDING: NIF], with address at [PENDING: address] and email [PENDING: contact email]. The full details are in the legal notice.

Law: article 10.1 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI).

2. Who it is for and how it is contracted

Bildeit is a service for businesses and professionals: construction companies, renovation companies and their teams. By creating the account you declare that you use it for your business or professional activity.

The contract is made online: you create the account with your email, accept these terms and register your company. These terms can be read and saved from this page at any time, in Spanish and in English. [PENDING: decide whether a copy of each acceptance is kept and how it can be requested]

Laws: articles 23 and 27 of the LSSI (electronic contracts and prior information) and Law 7/1998 on general contract terms.

3. Where it stands

Bildeit is in its first trials with construction companies. Today nobody is charged and prices are not published: each company gets an offer based on the projects it runs. Before charging anything we will show you the price and the conditions, and you will have to accept them.

Law: article 10.1.f of the LSSI (information about prices).

4. What it includes

What the home page says works today. We only advertise as available what works with real data; what is not there yet, the website says so. Bildeit calculates VAT for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: it does not cover the Canary Islands (IGIC), Ceuta and Melilla (IPSI) or the Basque Country and Navarre (regional tax authorities and TicketBAI). When you create your company we ask for the province of your tax address and warn you if it falls outside.

The panel demo uses a company with made-up data, labelled «Sample data». Whatever you do in it is deleted after 24 hours.

Law: article 3 of Law 37/1992 on VAT (the tax does not apply in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).

5. Tax matters: what Bildeit does and what you do

Laws: Royal Decree 1619/2012 on invoicing and Royal Decree 1007/2023 on invoicing software.

6. Your data

Laws: article 28 of the GDPR and article 33 of the LOPDGDD (processor).

7. Proper use

You may not use Bildeit for anything illegal, try to access other companies' data or overload the service on purpose. If you do, we may suspend the account.

Law: article 8.1 of the LSSI.

8. Liability

We take every care that the calculations are correct and checked against the law they cite. Even so, Bildeit does not replace professional tax advice. [PENDING: draft with a lawyer the limits of liability, service availability and how changes to these terms are notified]

Law: Law 7/1998 on general contract terms (terms must be clear and not abusive).

9. Law and courts

These terms are governed by Spanish law. [PENDING: competent courts]

Law: article 2 of the LSSI (providers established in Spain).
