Budgets and versions
From BC3, from Excel or by hand. Each change is a new version and you know which one the client accepted.
For building and renovation companies
Budget, progress certificates, invoices and payments for every job in one place. Retention and the construction reverse charge are applied for you.
With sample data. No sign-up needed.
Who it is for
construction companies in Spain have between 3 and 19 employees. That is the size Bildeit is built for.
Spanish National Statistics Institute (INE), Central Business Directory, data as of 1 January 2025: 35,474 construction companies with 3 to 5 employees, 16,409 with 6 to 9 and 12,388 with 10 to 19. INE press release, checked on 07/10/2026.
Step by step
A €120,000.00 renovation, from the budget to the Verifactu record. These are screens from the real panel, with the demo's sample company.
In BC3, the industry's standard format, from Presto or TCQ; or from Excel; or by hand. You get the chapters and items, with a total of €120,000.00.
BC3 importedTotal: €120,000.00
To date you are at 55%, €66,000.00. You had certified €36,000.00 before, so this certificate is €30,000.00.
55% to dateThis certificate: €30,000.00
For a private client's home, 10% VAT: €31,500.00 to collect. For a developer on a new build, reverse charge and no VAT charged.
VAT 10%: home renovationTo collect: €31,500.00

The 5%, €1,500.00, is set aside with its release date, and the panel warns you before it arrives.
5% retained: €1,500.00
When issued, the invoice stores its record with a hash chained to the previous one and its QR code. Sending it to the tax agency comes once we choose the provider.

What it does
Each card is a panel screen with the sample company. Everything here works today.

From BC3, from Excel or by hand. Each change is a new version and you know which one the client accepted.

Each invoice with its due date and each retention with its release date, with a reminder beforehand.

Forms 303 and 111, box by box, ready for your accountant. Bildeit prepares them; it does not file them.

Office, site manager and accountant, each with their own. The database enforces it, not just the screen.
Connections
Only what works today. The bank and sending to the tax agency will appear here once they are really connected.
Verifactu
No small print, and with what Bildeit does today and what it doesn’t.
The new requirement for invoicing software. Every invoice creates a record with a hash chained to the previous one and a QR code, and that record is sent to the Spanish Tax Agency.
In Bildeit the record is already created when you issue. Sending is not there yet: it comes once we choose the provider that submits it to the Tax Agency.
Dates from Royal Decree-law 15/2025, consulted on 07/10/2026. On 05/10/2026 the Spanish Treasury announced a new postponement that has not yet been published in the BOE: we will update this when it is.

Where it works: Bildeit calculates VAT for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. It does not yet cover the Canary Islands (IGIC), Ceuta and Melilla (IPSI), or the Basque Country and Navarre (regional tax authorities and TicketBAI).
Questions
With the real answer, also when the answer is no.
Making the budget (imported from BC3 or Excel, or by hand), certifying progress to date and for the period, issuing the invoice from the certificate with its VAT, reverse charge and retention, seeing pending payments and retentions, recording supplier invoices with the 1% withholding, and preparing forms 303 and 111. The Verifactu record is created, but not yet sent to the tax agency: that comes once we choose the provider.
Not yet. Bildeit calculates VAT for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. It does not cover the Canary Islands, where IGIC applies; Ceuta and Melilla, where IPSI applies; or the Basque Country and Navarre, which have regional tax authorities and their own invoicing system (TicketBAI in the Basque Country). When you create your company we ask for the province of your tax address and warn you if it falls outside.
No. It prepares them with your data and every figure broken down. Your accountant reviews and files them.
No. It does no journal entries or annual accounts. It handles your jobs, your invoices and the VAT record books, which is what your accountant needs.
Yes. In BC3, the industry's standard format, exported by Presto and TCQ, with chapters, items and measurements. Also from Excel or CSV, with summary, quantity and price columns. And if you have no file, you do it by hand.
Only the people in your company, each according to their role. The database enforces it row by row, not just the screen.
Today you can download the record books as CSV and each budget as Excel. Downloading everything at once is not possible yet.
Half an hour, with your own budgets if you like. No commitment.
